Guide

Handouts, music and replay

Hand out documents, play synchronised music, go back to a moment of the session.

Handouts

The Documents panel (GM) writes in Markdown (headings, lists, bold, campaign images) and hands out to all players or to some. A player only sees what they were given. A roll written [[2d6]] becomes a button.

Uses: a letter found on a corpse, a place description, house rules, a clue for one player only.

Jukebox

The Jukebox panel (GM) takes public YouTube videos or playlists and short MP3s (10 MB, 8 per campaign). Playback is synchronised: players hear the same thing at the same moment. On the player's side a click on "Listen with the table" starts the sound (the browser requires it); volume is personal.

Session replay

The Replay panel (GM) lists the page's snapshots: automatic ones (every minute during play) and those you mark ("start of the fight"). Go back restores tokens, drawings, fog and walls to that moment, in one undoable operation. Rolls stay.

Replay: mark a moment, go back to it with one click. Replay: mark a moment, go back to it with one click.

Roll history

The Log panel filters rolls (player, period, expression) and exports them as text or CSV at the end of a session.

Offline

A network drop does not stop the table: your rolls wait (five minutes) and go out on reconnection, the history is stitched back.

Ambient sounds on the map

With the Ambient sound tool (GM, S key), click the map to place a source tied to a jukebox MP3: a name, a radius in cells, a volume, and "muffled by walls". Each player hears it from their tokens, louder as they approach, and a wall in between muffles it. The 🔊 button in the top bar turns ambient sounds on (browsers require this gesture) and sets their volume; clicking a source with the tool edits or removes it.
